SHIPPING POLICY

Generally, we will ship all in-stock orders within 24 hours on business days. If you place an order before 2 PM AEST on any business day, it is usually dispatched the same day. We can’t control any delay that may result from weather events or a high volume of parcels in the third party delivery network. Our typical dispatch times for your delivery address are shown prior to completing your purchase in the check out.

Our parcels are shipped via registered post with Australia Post or TNT Express. You will receive an email notification combine with a tracking number so you can monitor your parcel whilst it is in transit. If you have missed your delivery, your parcel will be taken to the nearest local post office or distribution hub. It is your responsibility to ensure you are able to accept your delivery and adhere by the instructions on any calling card to pickup your products. If your item is returned to us by our delivery partner due to being undelivered or not being picked up, you will be charged for the Return to Sender fee and $10 administration/restocking prior to refund. 

Return Policy

You must contact us to obtain approval to return any product prior to sending it off in the post. We will provide you with a reference number so that when we receive your return we can have it processed in a timely manner. If you return an item without doing so, we may not accept your return. 

We are unable to accept ‘change of mind’ returns on rapid antigen tests due to health and safety regulations. Returns on these products are only permitted where the goods are deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law or explicitly declared by any other Australian Health regulating body. 

Authority to Leave Goods Consent

You may provide your consent for us to leave goods unattended and without a signature at the nominated delivery address. By providing this consent, you acknowledge and agree that once the courier has left the goods at the delivery address, the complete order has been received.

Free Shipping Information

We know that shipping can be expensive, but we want you to know that you don’t have to pay full price.

Free shipping applies only to orders over $199 and only to Metro areas, so keep that in mind if you live outside a major city. If you’re in a remote area, like the Northern Territory, we’ll also charge a shipping fee—but rest assured, it will be less than what you would pay if you were just in a regular metro area.
